Hello!
This is a big weekend for Church events. On Friday there will be a Men’s Breakfast and the Golden Agers will have Dinner and Games, Saturday there will be a Zoe Wild West Adventure as well as the Singles and the Couples meeting on Mt. Nebo for events. Sunday there is a wedding shower for Bekah Heim and Casey McCraine.
I think it is wonderful that we have a church with lots of activities for us to get involved in. Oh, and let’s not forget that softball is back in full force. I love softball season. I love getting together with other members of the Church body to do fun things in a positive atmosphere. If you‘d like to see the softball schedule or any other events, you can check out our Events Calendar on the website http://www.rccenter.org/calendar.html.

Here’s a look at what’s happening at RCC:
Friday, April 25
6 a.m. – Men’s Breakfast – Gym Fellowship Hall
There’ll be a hearty breakfast and a message to start your day. Sign up in the foyer.
6 p.m. – Golden Agers Dinner and Games – Church Fellowship Hall
Bring a main dish, salad or dessert. There is no sign up sheet. Anyone age 45 or older is welcome.
Saturday, April 26
9 a.m. – Zoe Wild West Adventure – Meet at RCC
Sign up in the foyer.
10 a.m. to 2 p.m. – Singles Nebo Ramble – Mt Nebo State Park (Outdoor
Pavilion)
Be prepared to hike and brown bag it. If you do not wish to hike, you can play games at the Pavilion. There is no sign up sheet.
4 p.m. to 8 p.m. – Couples Sunset Social - Mt Nebo State Park (Outdoor
Pavilion)
This is a potluck dinner, feel free to come dressed to hike or bring bikes, etc. You might also want to bring your camera to photograph the sunset. Sign up in the foyer.
Sunday, April 27
6 p.m. – Youth Not-So-Super Hero Night – Gym Fellowship Hall
All costumes must include a cape.
After the evening service – Wedding Shower for Bekah Heim and Casey
McCraine.
This will be held in the Church Fellowship Hall. They are registered at Copper Pig, Lowes, JC Penney and Wal-Mart.
Tuesday, April 29
10 a.m. – Last Ladies Bible Study until fall.
Saturday, May 3
2 p.m. – Bekah Heim and Casey McCraine’s Wedding – Church Sanctuary
Everyone is invited to attend.
Sunday, May 4
After the morning service – Spring Picnic
Bring a change of clothes and a dish or two for our semi-annual Church picnic and games day. There will be no evening service.
Before or After Service – Vacation Bible School Worker Registration
If you are out of the 7th grade through adult age we need your help! We need volunteers to assist with VBS June 16th-20th. There will be a sign up sheet in the foyer for volunteers only at this time. We will have a separate registration for children who wish to attend later.
Friday, May 9
6 p.m. – Newcomers Meeting – Gym Fellowship Hall
If you have been in the Church for less than one year we’d like to encourage you to come and get to know the staff and find out more about RCC. Dinner is provided.
Saturday, May 10
8 a.m. – Men’s Golf Scramble – Chamberlyn Country Club
More information is on the way.
